Once upon a time, "indigo" grew up in the fertile land of the lower Yoshino River in Tokushima Prefecture, bringing a lot of wealth to Tokushima Prefecture (Awa clan). This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.

際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.

清潔で広々とした部屋です。繁華街からも２分近いですが昼夜共に非常に静かで落ち着いた住宅街にあります。徳島駅から1200m、徒歩15分と近く便利です。 2023年5月に早めのWiFiを導入しました。キッチンの調理器具や調味料、シャンプー類、洗濯機や洗剤、バスタオルなどは揃っておりますので便利です。ただし、環境に配慮して使い捨ての歯ブラシとカミソリは用意しておりませんので各自でご持参いただきますようよろしくお願い致します。車でお越しの方は近隣のデイパーク等をご利用ください。すぐ近隣にたくさんデイパークがあり、24時間あたり大体500円前後のところが多いです。（2024年1月現在）長期滞在にも最適です。長期の方には割引もありますので事前ご相談ください。
