The apartment is on the 1st floor of a townhouse, it's a refurbished duplex. It is located on the market square with all amenities on foot (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy...) The main entrance of the house is shared with an office (health professional). Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park.
