Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake. Near shopping and restaurants. Centrally located to most attractions in the area. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
