Typical Tuscan villa with pool

Close to all amenities but at the same time in an ideal quiet and peaceful environment for families with children or couples. Wonderful as a retreat after sightseeing or beach visits, or just relaxing and enjoying the green landscape. In a part of a restored 1800 farmhouse, "Villa la Valle" is a simple and essential residence, well maintained, cozy and absolutely comfortable. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: a room with a window, king size bed, air conditioning and large bathromm with bathtub and washing machine, the bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined) with two windows and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower . Upstairs there is a reading room with window door on the small balcony.On the lower floor there is the cozy living room with satellite TV, fireplace and 2 doors windows on the garden where you can eat "al fresco", cooking on the charcoal barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) is located in a corner of the living room with dining area. Each window at the door of the house and a patio overlooking the garden are protected by mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the cool of the evening, without the distraction of an occasional flight or mosquito. Guests have their moments of relaxation a private swimming pool (12m * 6m) in the large garden (2.000sqm) with umbrellas, sun loungers, chairs with tables, various games for the pool, toilet cabin. the park with the pool is fenced and closed by a gate.Free indoor parking with automatic gate, for total security.Wireless internet.The house is a detached apartment - hosting families in a simple way and providing 2 sun loungers for child and high chair. The house is also ideal to accommodate 2 couples looking for a romantic holiday, guaranteeing maximum privacy for everyone with the availability of 2 bathrooms. Guests can use the presence of the owners who live in another area of the farmhouse. When you get home, you will find a welcome package with local products to ensure a good stay.

Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants.
