This charming garden level self-contained suite is located in a Craftsman home in the Decatur Historic District near the Millikin Homestead, a few blocks from Millikin University, Oakwood bars and restaurants and downtown Decatur. This apartment has a large bedroom, large bath, living room with a desk and workplace, a fully outfitted kitchen, washer, dryer and even more amenities. Guests also have access to the pergola covered patio and front porch. 3rd party reservations are not allowed!

Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.
