The bungalow is renovated in 2022. Modern open kitchen. Two large Bay Windows creates large open kitchen & big bedroom. Airconditioning! We have a great private family house/bungalow with stunning view on Lake (Lago) Maggiore. New Swimming pool including a pool for the kids. There is a playground, tennis/football court, tabletennis, minigolf, restaurant all walking distance. Villaggio Olandese close to Luino, Milaan 1 hour Community pool is open from 15th of may till the 1st of October 2023.

Small house with lake view. pool + garden + sun

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. It has a wonderful view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden and BBQ. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk, and there is easy walking access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como. There is easy access to the local lake ferry boat service too.
