Small and cozy holiday apartment ( 27 m2) in the middle of the old town, a few meters from the pedestrian street with Maltfabrikken in the backyard and shopping opportunities just around the corner. You will be staying in a well-maintained one-bedroom holiday apartment, with a modern bathroom and a small but well-functioning kitchen. Everything is nicely well maintained. The apartment must be returned in the same cleaned condition as upon receipt. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be purchased for kr. 300-. 1 bed is available on the couch for a child.

There is only the electricity that the sun can fill on the batteries and the rainwater that the water tank can accommodate. On the other hand, there is a kitchen, a small living room and a bedroom in the loft with skylight and generally a lovely view of nature. Outside there is a terrace with lounge sofa, view of meadow and a forest garden.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a lovely stay in wonderful Djursland. Here is not much luxury and not much space, on the other hand, it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many delights. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and zoo almost in the backyard. Nice dog welcome (Note: stairs to first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Feel free to barbecue on the terrace. In our mini forest, you can make a fire and build caves. Electricity and district heating costs will be charged at the address. Nearby there are many attractions as well as Molsbjerge and stunning beaches and yet close to Ebeltoft, Grenå, Århus, Randers. 15 minutes to Animal Park. Furthermore, ReePark, Scandinavian Zoo, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 1 km to charging stations.
