Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Our double apartment is located in a rural location and within walking distance of the Montferland forests. It has its own entrance and a lot of privacy. It is located directly on the German border and is therefore a great base for varied excursions in the border region. You can find all the information you need on the Tuinkamer Montferland website! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. Here you can unwind and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful walks and bike tours. If it should be a little more action, for example for the little ones, until you are very well taken care of in the nearby nuclear water wonderland. "In the evening we sit outside in front of the cottage and watch the sunset. The sky turns beautiful pink. As we hear the owls, we see a deer gently crossing the field." A nice place outside between Dinxperlo and Aalten. The accommodation is equipped with every luxury; has a private living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the bedroom. Outside you can enjoy the tranquility and look at the starry sky in the evening. The ideal place if you love nature!

The apartment is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The University of Applied Sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car ( B67 in the vicinity). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as grocery store are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small mom-and-pop shop is a 1-minute walk away.
