It is the only apartment whose 17 m2 balcony is built above the path that runs along the beach, offering exceptional views of the waves, the village, fishermen, surfers. Very comfortable, decorated and carefully maintained for an exceptional stay above the ocean, close to the many cafes and restaurants along the beach and 2 steps from surf schools, in the heart of this friendly Berber village mixing fishermen, traders, surfers from all over the world...and some tourists.

Only families, tours are forbidden. We are available for our tenants. The villa is located on the authors of Agadir in the mountains. It takes 8 km of road in the mountains to access the villa. Very beautifulVilla with private pool without vis-à-vis. The villa is in a new residence 13 minutes from the city center of Agadir and the beaches ,Close to all amenities including the Sela shopping center: Carrefour, Kiabi, Decathlon, Parkids, McDonald's ,etc,(5 minutes by car) and many other shops. Very quiet and secure family residence, well maintained I'm happy to help with any additional information and wish you a pleasant stay in Agadir.

Willkommen, Marhaban, Bienvenue und Welcome! Das im maurischen Stil erbaute Haus liegt am Hang direkt an der Atlantikküste. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

In summer, the house is fresh thanks to the natural and ecological materials of its finishes. The house is spacious with impeccable hygiene. The neighborhood is quiet and very secure by night guards who take care of the houses, cars and shops. The Riad is a short walk to the Grand Souk and an 8-minute drive to the beach.
