Newly-built house with sauna, swimming area & finest view

Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Welcome to Hallen in lovely Kilafors! A quiet place with proximity to nature! We offer you a spacious accommodation with many sleeping arrangements. If you are a family with young children, there is a playroom as well as a sandbox that is appreciated by the smallest. On the terrace there is a large dining table where the whole family can accommodate a lovely meal during the summer months. The patio is not isolated and therefore not used during winter. Note: During the month of November and December, the home will be decorated. Welcome!

The house is located about 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wifi are available. On the property there is a gym with table tennis and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. In summer there is also heated swimming pool. One further accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor level is finished and includes entrance room, hallway, kitchen living room, bedroom and bathroom. On our farm, you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm, Galvån flows with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used by agreement.

Welcome to nature "Stånganäs" next to the lake Långrösten in Hälsingland. A perfect place for relaxation. Here you will find a private jetty, smaller beach for swimming and good opportunities for outdoor cooking. Rowing boat/eka is available to use and a private parking is available right next to the house. Running water is not available. We fill up water before check-in and it can be picked up smoothly at nearby water source. The toilet is equipped with a new incineration toilet.

Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.
