The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Donautal, Bodensee, Schwäbische Alb, ...erreichst du in 10 bis 35 Autominuten, Badeseen sind in der Nähe, vor dem Haus führt ein Radweg vorbei. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wichtig: Du solltest motorisiert sein.

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom has a great view of the Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants in 5 minutes walking distance), yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

Former economic building of the forestry, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis-Therme can be reached in the 5 km distant Bad Buchau, further spas within a radius of about 25 km. The summer cottage is not suitable for children under 4 years and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Our place is good for couples, traveling alone, friends, families, and business travelers. Children's ice bed and highchair can be provided upon request. The comfortable double air bed or the new double extra bed is available in the living room if required (i.e. from a 3rd person booking).
