This is a sea floor pension of Hwangto earth house located 3 minutes away from Yangyang IC on Seoul. It is a traditional Korean-style house with a large courtyard with lawns and wood burning agung and ondol. 15 minutes to the entrance of Seoraksan, 10 minutes from the entrance of Seoraksan. There are grocery stores and Hanaro Mart, so you can shop, and there are facilities for barbecue in the garden. Within 20 minutes, you can enjoy the mountains and river waters with five-colored hot springs and five-colored mountain excursions to Sole Beach and Naksan Beach. The lawn is spacious and in the summer, there is a kids pool in front of the terrace (July ~ August, heated pool). There are baby tableware and mobile smart TV. Netflix, Wave subscribed is on the mobile Smart TV. Polaroid cameras are ready for you. 4 Welcome Daily Capsules. No smoking indoors. Please be quiet outside after 22:00. ^ ^

There are two rooms with white sand beaches 104 and Haparang-gil 1004, all on the ground floor. Brunch is available for guests staying on Airbnb Open the door and look at the waves that break in the distance, arrive at the beach in 2 minutes, look at the sunrise, and soak your ears with the sound of the sea, the blue sky, and the sound of birdsong all day. I opened my home for my family and acquaintances, but wanted it to be a welcoming place to connect with good people. The interior furnishings are made of birch wood, like the listing name (birch and white), and the walls are made of pure white.
