Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Borth-y-Gest, quirky cottage close to coastal path

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. The Cottage has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with log burner, two bedrooms one with a king size bed and one with a double bed. The cottage also has a long garden. The cottage is a 10 minute drive away to Barmouth or has Train Station a short 5-10 minute walk away. Dyffryn Beach is 20-25 minute pleasant walk or 5 minute car journey to vast sandy beaches which also joins onto Shell Island beach.

A great place to discover the delights of Wales with beaches and mountains on the doorstep. This quaint B&B is perfect for relaxing, with a sunny patio and excellent amenities. A continental breakfast is provided. This property is suitable for couples only and no pets allowed. PLEASE NOTE the annexe is B&B only.
