Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

"In the evening we sit outside in front of the cottage and watch the sunset. The sky turns beautiful pink. As we hear the owls, we see a deer gently crossing the field." A nice place outside between Dinxperlo and Aalten. The accommodation is equipped with every luxury; has a private living room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the bedroom. Outside you can enjoy the tranquility and look at the starry sky in the evening. The ideal place if you love nature!

Our holiday home built in Saxon style was completely renovated in 2019, everything is new and nicely decorated and equipped with a lot of luxury. The holiday home is located on a small-scale quiet holiday park, this park is located in a wooded area with many hiking and biking routes.
