Peaceful location on the Bow River located in the heart of Calgary. Lots of amenities nearby, close to downtown, and a quick escape to the mountains. Our riverside walkout unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and great common spaces ideal for 6 people. A dining bar with a view of the river also makes for a great workspace. Kitchen has all you need for cooking. There is also a outside dining table, and BBQ. Living room has comfortable sofas, large TV, and lots of games. Pool table and hot tub.
