This cozy apartment is nestled in an Old Florida Oak Hammock with a beautiful garden. Full Kitchen, dinette, open living room, large bedroom, walk-in closet and full bath. Take a 12 minute walk to the beach. Across A1A is Bings Landing County Park with boat ramps on the Inter coastal water way. There are two restaurants within walking distance and many more that are in close proximity of our location. We are centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. 25 minutes ether direction.

Unique stay in the Hammock filled with local art

Come hang in the shade in one of the last pieces of 'Old Florida' in the Hammock! A studio apartment filled with local art and awesome thrift finds :) Our tree lined neighborhood is perfect for a quiet get away that is close to the beach and walking distance to the river. Two rusty bikes available as well. We are minutes away from many different beach access, and 2 miles from Bings (boat ramp) and Malacompra trails. St. Augustine is 25 minutes away, Daytona is 30 minutes, Orlando 1.5 hours away

Excellent location! The ocean is right up the street and it's an easy walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and nighttime entertainment. You will not need a car at our location - walk to everything! If you would like a new adventure, Historic St. Augustine and World Famous Daytona Beach are only a 30 minute drive. Walt Disney World is about an hour and a half drive. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation, you will feel right at home here!

DIRECTLY on the ocean. Entire private first floor.

Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Everything has been thought of for your convenience. You need to bring nothing except your enthusiasm for having a restful, relaxing, stress-free and amazing time!
