In Alter do Chão, about 1 km from the waterfront (12-15min walk, 5min by car). Close to the environmental protection area, with tranquility and connection with nature. Our little house consists of a suite with a refrigerator inside the room and an outdoor kitchen on the patio. -We have wifi; - We have air conditioning; -We have linen; - Parking space; - We have Smart TV with internet access without access to the antenna. - Unpaved street; paved parallel street - one and a half blocks to reach the asphalt.

A beautiful and relaxing place in a green area. About 7 min. drive and 30 min. walk to the village and to the beaches of Alter do chao. It's 30 min. from the airport. There is also a small pool of 1000 liters and a big trampoline. There is hot water in the shower. In the main house there is 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed. And also a single bed .Total space for guests are 8. There are many hooks to put a hammock. Small animals/insects can occure since the house is in the nature of the Amazon.

Em Alter do Chão. Bairro Jacundá. 1.7Km do centro. Rua não pavimentada, difícil acesso de carro nos meses entre fevereiro e junho. Área pouco movimentada e com pouca iluminação pela noite. 2 quadras parada de ônibus. 6 minutos a pé da praça do Sairé. Até 4 pessoas (1 cama de casal, 1 rede, 1 colchonete solteiro). Wi-Fi. Chuveiro quente. Roupas de cama e banho. Estacionamento não coberto. Não é recomendado para crianças pequenas (escada). Não inclui café da manhã . Não inclui serviço de quarto.

Beautiful house in alter floor, with large leisure area, barbecue area and swimming pool. House is brand new, 3 en-suites and one bedroom, all air-conditioned and with a balcony, (all suites have a double bed and a double bed, the bedroom has two double beds) 5 bathrooms, internet, private well. Great location a few meters from the beach, central area. Full furniture including beverage display (freezer) and full kitchen. Garage open for 5 cars. Included are all bed, table and bath linens.

Big house near the beach

The house has a great location! It is about 50 meters from the beach (ilha do amor), the main square, the main church and pubs (that is highly recommended). All rooms have air conditioning. It has 02 bedrooms, 01 suite and 03 bathrooms. The external leisure area has 04 tables, barbecue and deck, besides a long table inside the house (great for a group). The house has good a ventilation and has a balcony with support for 20 nets.
