ON the Salmon River!

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. You will have access to two bedrooms with a full and twin size bunk bed combo in each of them, a fully stocked kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and an awesome living room. I have a 40' long, 30' wide dock in the back you can fish from as part of your stay, or park your boat at for an addition $2 per boat foot per day (a 20' boat would cost $40 per day). No charge for kayaks, or boats under 300 lbs.. Dock is in the water from April 15th - December 1st.

Woodland Retreat, the perfect getaway from it all.

Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, full size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. The bathroom has full size shower, the kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. BBQ on the front porch Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe.

Pet Friendly Tiny House Near Salmon River!

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy tiny home. Although this home sits in the country, there are many things to do close by. Selkirk Shores State Park entrance is located .3 miles away, along with the Lakeside Restaurant and Bar. Another great feature of this tiny home is the short drive to Port Ontario and Pulaski- the heart of salmon fishing. Located right on the snowmobile trail. Oswego is just a 25 minute drive. There is no cleaning or pet fee!

Cabin style house approximately 500 ft from the state snowmobile/ATV trails. Just a few miles from the Salmon River (Pineville Bridge is just down the road) and right at the base of the Tug Hill Plateau. Lake Ontario is about a 10 minute drive. Depending on the season enjoy legendary fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, or hunting. Or go see the local Amish shops and get a souvenir or a fresh Amish Pastry!
