(1 car carport and parking pad) * Close to Chattahoochee River, Old Mill, Covered Bridge, Waterfall, Local Area Parks and hundreds of acres of hiking trails. * Stairs (front and back entrance) Guests have the entire house and backyard to enjoy. Owners live near the property and are happy to help with recommendations and special accommodations. The house is near desirable Canton Street in historic Roswell, just north of Atlanta. The city is home to award-winning restaurants, boutiques, galleries, historic houses, and nightlife. Roswell's very own trolley is easily reached from the house. Approximately 1/2 mi to downtown Roswell. Convenient location from GA400, MARTA, Uber, and Roswell's trolley. * No Smoking in home or on premises. * No parties or events. * Pet Policy: Pets are also welcome for additional fee of $10.00 per night - limit 2 pets. The large fenced in yard is available for Pets to use. Please bag and dispose of pet waste. Pets are not allowed on any furniture period. They are limited to the living room/dining room and kitchen area only and are not allowed in the sleeping areas of the house. We have all white linens and this helps with pet hair and dander. Pets are to be crated at all times while a guest is away from the home. Pets are not allowed to be freely left out unsupervised under any circumstances. Pet paws are to be cleaned thoroughly before entering the house if muddy/dirty especially during rainy weather. We supply towels in the carport for easy cleaning. * Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is by 10 am. **** HOLIDAY BOOKING Thanksgiving & Christmas 5 day min reservation required.
