The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s. Only two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it cool and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort . Atmosphere, comfort and sea around the corner

Cozy apartment on the third floor of a palace in the historic center between the famous "gut" and the waterfront. There is a small elevator. The renovation (2021) has tried to recover the spirit of an old Ligurian house, the furniture is attention to detail by the careful restoration of vintage furniture, belonging to the family for a long time. The windows overlook a typical alley and rooftops, but the access to the beach is really immediate, just turn the corner...

In the centre of Alassio, a short walk from the gut and 50 metres from the sea, this apartment belonged to grandparents who - as good Turins - loved winter holidays. We have completely renovated it with every comfort: wifi, air conditioning, smart TV, even an ice machine! Its central location allows to fully immerse in the city life, just 100 meters from the sea. Small independent house full of charm, just had a complete renovation, bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen area, all with a splendid sea view with large terrace.
