Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular Panoramic Views Tomorrow's sun. Equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. Fiber. Bathroom rooms with shower plates instead of a bathtub and with windows that provide freshness in summer (you will use the air conditioning little). Very cozy terrace. Nice apartment 300 meters from the beach, near the center of town, 10 minutes from the port. With central air throughout the house. Recently renovated, it consists of a kitchen, laundry room, living room, balcony and two bedrooms. Places to sleep: comfortable sofa bed, double bed and two 105 cm single articulated beds. We highlight the beautiful panoramic views towards the mountain where you can see the sunset. A very quiet area. It has osmosis for water. Parking area below. Wi-Fi.
