Lots of space for everyone to spread out in our 2 story home. With 7BR (2 people per room) , 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas & 2 kitchens you won't be on top of each other.

A woodfire keeps the living area cosy in winter, and all bedrooms have a fixed or portable heater available for use.

Only 900m from Point Roadknight Beach, 4 min drive from Anglesea Shops and 8 min drive to Aireys Inlet.

The space

Each bedroom sleeps only 2 people, allowing ample space and privacy for up 14 adults.

We also can sleep an extra 2 children on fold up beds (linen provided), at a small extra fee per night. Please contact us if you wish to organise this with your booking.

Large front and back yards, there is plenty of room for kids to play including cubby house and swings, and is fully fenced.

A carport, and a circular driveway in garden setting provides ample parking space.

Two large decks, one at the front facing south with ocean views and a sheltered deck at the rear facing north for afternoon sun gives our guests a great chance to enjoy outdoor living during their stay.

Wood fired and gas heating and split systems keep you cosy in winter.

Bedding, linen and bathroom towels provided for your convenience.

For your entertainment we provide full internet access, books, adult and childrens games, toys and bluetooth speakers.

Both kitchens are fully equipped, each with cooking facilities, fridge, and dishwasher
