Welcome to GXC Beach House — a calm and comfortable beach stay in Purok 1, Brgy. Mabua, Surigao City.
The space is ideal for families, barkada groups, couples, and small gatherings who want a relaxing place near the beach with the comforts of home. The house has 1 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds, making it a cozy stay for guests who want comfort, privacy, and a peaceful coastal atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy the convenience of a dining area, 32-inch Smart TV, and basic home amenities during their stay. A shared kitchen is also available for guests who want to prepare simple meals, reheat food, or cook fresh seafood and groceries bought nearby.
The property is designed for simple, relaxed stays: share meals, watch Netflix, rest in air-conditioned rooms, and enjoy the calm surroundings of Mabua.
Please note that the kitchen is shared, so we kindly ask guests to clean up after use and be considerate of others. The beach area is also outside the property premises, but the location gives guests easy access to nearby beach spots and coastal destinations.
