Pool tickets are required @ ₱100 per person, per day. Please note that we could NOT guarantee the availability of the subdivision pool as this is managed by the subdivision office, not us directly. Kindly take note of this prior to booking if pool is important for your stay. Thank you for understanding.

Our subdivision is a 24/7 secured gated community. To ensure the safety of all residents and visitors, the guard on duty at the gate will register your visit, request to hold your ID (any ID will do!) and issue you a visitor number which you will carry throughout your stay. This is a mandatory requirement for all visitors and we appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our community safe.
☝️ Guest Capacity:
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests by providing extra foam mattresses (guests 11-16).
☝️ Footwear Policy:
To keep our home fresh and clean for everyone, shoes and outside slippers are strictly NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. We'll provide indoor slippers (Adult-size only) to use during your stay.
☝️ Early check-in and late check-out:
Rate at ₱800/hour and subject to availability only, to ensure proper turnaround time between guests.
