Solana Berawa might be new to the villa rental market, but we have hosting for 3 years with over 300 Five Star Reviews.

- Living room and dining area can be set up as open and enclosed living, perfect for family with kids or if you are allergic to mosquitoes :)
- A super comfy spacious sofa to relax while enjoying your entertainment with a 50" screen TV.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, filtered water dispenser, pots, pans and kettle.
- 1 powder room/guest bathroom near the kitchen.
- A gorgeous pool with 2 lounge beds.
- Equipped with international plugs in every room.

Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, Daikin AC and King Koil mattress.
1 Bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor.

Just a kind note that there is currently some construction taking place across from our villa. Depending on the work being carried out on a particular day, there may occasionally be some noise, while other days are much quieter.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to the Villa and all its amenities.

Parking Space fits 1 big MPV car (e.g. Toyota Innova).

Other things to note
NO SMOKING
No smoking inside property please. There are lots of family with small kids and baby who come and stay at our villa, so we have a strict no smoking policy.

CLEANING SERVICE
We have villa staffs that will clean the villa every two days.
You can always request for daily cleaning / skip cleaning and or time change.
Staffs normally come around 9am or 11am to make beds, empty out bins, cleaning the kitchen and living space.

No cleaning on Sunday and on religious Balinese ceremony days.

We also have a gardener that come every Saturday and pool cleaner, Mr Ketut that comes 1 x week.

BABY CARE NEEDS
Baby cot, baby safe gate, and baby high chair are available to use should you need them.

We can also help arrange a part time nanny to assist you so you can have a little break while on holiday :)

LAUNDRY
We have a vendor for laundry service. Give your dirty clothes to our staff and they will return it clean and pressed within 1-2 days. Fee is local fair price.

OTHER NEEDS
Airport transfer, scooter, etc. Talk to us and we will try to assist you and make your trip as enjoyable as you can.
